What documentation do I need for a new build?

This all depends at what stage you are in the building process. Please inquire within and we can walk you through each step of the way.

Do I need to acquire a property first?

No. We can perform a market analysis of whether your potential property purchase is a safe investment or not.

How long will it take to build my dream home?

It varies on the size, but a typical home of 3000 sq ft will take 6-8 months for architectural designs and engineering, 3-4 months for permitting, and anywhere between 1 to 3 years for construction.

How much does a typical home cost to build?

Typical Residential Architectural Fees are as follows:

  • Remodel $16-20 per sq. ft.
  • New Construction $22-25 per sq. ft.
  • Commercial Project Pricing inquire within.
  • Typical Residential Construction Cost $300-800 per sq. ft.

How will you design my dream home?

We use a series of different tools to produce the most fitting design you desire. Our team utilizes Revit, Autocad, and the entire Adobe Creative Suite to produce documents in both 2D and 3D.

Do you offer a warranty?

PEr California Code, Civil Code - CIV § 900: As to fit and finish items, a builder shall provide a homebuyer with a minimum one-year express written limited warranty covering the fit and finish of the following building components. Except as otherwise provided by the standards specified in Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 896), this warranty shall cover the fit and finish of cabinets, mirrors, flooring, interior and exterior walls, countertops, paint finishes, and trim, but shall not apply to damage to those components caused by defects in other components governed by the other provisions of this title. Any fit and finish matters covered by this warranty are not subject to the provisions of this title. If a builder fails to provide the express warranty required by this section, the warranty for these items shall be for a period of one year.

We strive to incorporate energy efficiency to its full extent in all of our designs and builds.

Do you work with HOA’s?

Yes, we can work directly with your HOA as an owner’s representative or we can walk you through the steps to get your project reviewed and approved by your HOA.

What is the construction schedule?

We provide a detailed construction schedule that breakdowns milestones and can be updated in real time.
