Lupin House, WC2

The project is a design and build contract with the main contractor responsible for converting an existing mixed-use property. The works commenced in March 2024 and are currently live. The project was delivered from Stage 4 design and involves the retention of the existing façade, demolition works, and the construction of twelve high-quality residential apartments across three upper floors. The lower three floors will retain their existing use as commercial office spaces.
