Hammersmith Broadway

This project, delivered under a traditional build contract, involved the 10,000 sq ft refurbishment of five office suites. Appointed as main contractor, the works comprised a full strip-out and refurbishment of two levels within a live building, managed under significant constraints relating to deliveries and noise.
