Curzon Street

This project, delivered under a traditional build contract, involved the 5,000 sq ft refurbishment of a listed heritage office building. Appointed as main contractor, the works comprised a full strip-out of four levels of offices and refurbishment to a Cat A+ finish. The building’s listed status required careful restoration of several heritage internal features. Practical Completion was achieved in Q2 2024.
