Coptic Street

This project, delivered under a traditional contract form, involves the refurbishment of a five-storey townhouse to a super prime specification. The internal spaces have been completely remodelled, with a focus on introducing significantly more natural light throughout. Planned completion is forecast for Q3 2024.
